CAR Testing
CAR testing, or the Cortisol Awakening Response test, is a specialized assessment that measures how your cortisol levels rise within the first 30 to 60 minutes after waking. Unlike standard cortisol tests that only show total daily levels, CAR testing evaluates the dynamic function of your hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis—a key regulator of your stress response.
